The mission of caring for patients sounded meaningful, and a few colleagues genuinely tried to uphold it.

Cons

- Scheduling was a disaster. - Management piled on impossible expectations with zero understanding of what nurses actually face. - Staff were pushed to exhaustion, caring for more patients than anyone safely could. - Concerns about safety and workload were dismissed as complaints instead of warnings. - Communication between departments was broken. - The environment drained every ounce of empathy until the job felt mechanical and joyless.

Great training, close collaboration with HR from time of hire onward, upward growth, communicative and understanding, several pto opportunities, great working with licensed nurses. I am a mom and a studio manager. Upper management is always understanding, works with you and ensures you have all the tools to succeed and have work/life balance. As long as you stay organized, this company is great.

Cons

it’s a growing company, so its important to remain fluid and roll with the punches. But they are immensely supportive and understanding
