You can coast without doing anything for awhile because leadership is clueless

Cons

Company growth stalled and the board panicked, spent a ton of money on consultants, and replaced all the leadership with disgraced failures from Nike and Columbia. They really couldn’t have selected a worse leadership team

Incredible colleagues/peers, everyone is super talented Love the product, beautiful and practical

Cons

Management constantly changes. They mass fire people via email and layoff entire teams and wonder why morale is poor. Everyone is incredibly overworked and burnt out and unhappy. The longer you are there the worse it gets.

Leadership is toxic, political and unexperienced. President moves her "yes men" all over the company despite no experience. Leadership does not listen to reason or data and is short-term focused. Growth is stagnant. Little career progression.
