Pros

Compensation and benefits are fair.

Cons

Middle and upper management do not have a shared vision of the companies direction. Policies and procedures are contradictory to the mission statement. The company is flying the plane while still trying to build the plane. Not a company of integrity nor a company that fosters trust.

Pros

There are some incredibly smart, kind people here who genuinely care about mental health care, specifically the providers. Remote work, PTO, Pay.

Cons

The culture at the leadership level is deeply unhealthy. Strategy changes multiple times a year, often with very little explanation. Teams are asked to sprint toward one big priority, invest months of effort, and then watch the work get thrown away when leadership pivots again. Then everyone is told to immediately run at the next new idea. It is like being in a permanent fire drill. You cannot run at sprint pace forever, but that is the expectation here. Burnout is not an exception; it is the norm. There is also a real issue with psychological safety. Leaders say they want feedback, but people who speak up, push back, or raise concerns often find themselves sidelined or labeled as not a fit. The safest path is to say yes to everything, even when it does not make business sense. Over time that drives out anyone who is willing to be honest or think independently. Another red flag is the level of attrition among employees. They are not leaving for a slightly better opportunity, instead people are leaving because staying has become untenable. I have personally observed behavior at senior levels that I would describe as toxic.

Pros

Work from home. Learning opportunities Work life balance

Cons

Disorganized. HR does not hold managers accountable or listen to its employees even if management is in the wrong. Management has your responsibility changing on a daily or weekly basis and overworks you despite low pay and no promotion.
