      Customer service and support is a mess

      Pros

      They take care of providing you with patients if you need them. I have ported patients over to path from my private practice that has been a bit of a nightmare.

      Cons

      Customer service is outsourced their command of the English language is not the best. They are trying to do the work but their online system is a mess. After a couple of months of spending hours with customer service on scheduling and fixing bugs in their charting and scheduling system I am considering finding a different site to do business with. This site was not carved out for psychologists or mental health practitioners. This site was set up for MD's and it is not easy to work with. There is a great deal of repetition and a lot of wasting of time on paperwork that is completely irrelevant. They just did a update in and their system has been a mess since that update. Like clients that are scheduled by practitioners disappearing from the schedule which have to be placed back in the schedule the day of service so that the patient can receive a link from zoom , so that you can both open the session. This is a big time consuming nightmare. Completely disorganized and poorly run. I have been in this business for 40 years and I personally have never seen anything like this before.

      It was 4-stars until, I got throttled. ☹️

      Pros

      Your own private practice within a virtual group practice. No marketing. No dealing with collecting fees/insurance paperwork. Much better pay that Betterhelp or Talkspace. The therapist support staff assigned to me have been really great. I have more support and resources than I l've had in former, non-virtual group practices.

      Cons

      The pay for the initial assessment is VERY LOW. Their EHR system is not great; not intuitive, at all. The Zoom "integration" into their EHR is HORRIBLE. What really brought them down to 3-stars, tho is the throttling I'm now experiencing after just 2.5 months onboard. I am getting barely any referrals.

      management, poor communication among all depts, ask a question and only get a scripted answer - from all depts, technical errors all the time
