Pros

Good field experience, however this job is definitely just a good first stepping stone. Don't try and make a career out of being an IFT EMT-B.

Cons

-Management and HR need some serious lessons in running a company that doesn't drive away new employees a month after they start. -General pay should be higher for the amount of stuff we have to deal with on the job -Equipment is outdated.

Pros

The company provides a great service to the surrounding communities, and the job itself was interesting.

Cons

Poorest management I have ever had the misfortune to work for. They have no clue what it is to be loyal to their workforce, a lot of back-stabbing and immature behavior for adults I have ever seen. The actual work environment is unhealthy, I was healthy walking in, and became physically ill the full 3 months I worked there.
