Good people. I love to help people. You meet a lot of cool people.

Cons

Dispatch. Low pay for what you see and deal with. They switch your shift on you without warning and expect you to move your life around for it.

Pros

It gave me great experience and there was a great training program through the company, which paid you to get your EMT.

Cons

Old equipment, terrible management, constantly held over for holding cold calls, favoritism. I was also unable to get paperwork my physician assistant program after leaving until after months of asking and following the chain of command I was forced to contact the regional manager for help. Who quickly resolved the issue.
