SAP has ruined this line of business. No product development, forced forecasting, tremendous stress on the first line managers and in the field. Travel is restricted which makes seeing your peers impossible, not good for team morale.

Board uses a "Pledge to Flex" to mandate return to office. They use "People First" to ignore all feedback, and are probably going to use this RTO to force more turnover. Initiatives with the company are contradictory and change monthly, poor planning for all upper management.
