Pros

I get solid benefits – PTO, paid holidays, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k match. The pay is competitive. Plus, the remote setup gives me a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Some really complex projects and tasks

Pros

The heavy workload kept me busy, and I preferred that over sitting idle or taking it easy during work hours.

Cons

- I could handle the heavy workload if management had been supportive and recognized employees for their hard work. - Pay increases were promised but never delivered, despite the stress and effort we put in every day. - Working overtime nonstop was exhausting, even though I didn’t mind staying busy. - What angered me most was management breaking their promises, lying to employees, insulting us, and treating us unfairly.
