Nice office space and quiet since most everyone chooses to work from home

Cons

I used to feel empowered to speak up when problems arose but that feeling of safety is long gone and it show in the attitudes of my peers and I. SCRAM used to be synonymous with the best of the industry but I don't believe that is still the case because we've lots sight of the values that got us to where we are. I hope that the next private equity group that purchases SCRAM can correct the wayward course we are currently on.

Senior leadership seems uninterested in the operations team so we are micromanaged very little.

Cons

Design engineering team develops products in a vacuum and then throws them over the wall with little or no design for manufacturing.
