Pros

Good benefits, Dental health vision, vacation , sick, personal and holiday pay. Opportunity for overtime.

Cons

Poor work hours, possiblility to be stuck for 16 hours if reliefe doesn't show up. Workers don't like to work. Houses have bed bugs. Staff is not made aware of client backgrounds if violent. Poor case management system. If you call out or take vacation during a holiday, your holiday pay will cover your missed hours, same for overtime.
