Honestly, I have been with the company for a few years and I truly believe it is a good place to work, good people, excellent benefits, great staff, good starting salary for Residential Counselors. I worked here less than a year. I loved that I had a lot of downtime and my schedule was great. The issue was the pay was too damn low and I wasn't making enough to accomplish what I needed.

Cons

They take everything the client says over you, its like they have no trust in you. I was terminated because a client lied about something I did and they automatically believed him.
