Pros

health insurance is ok, high premiums

Cons

I would rather be on unemployment than work here. I don't like this place and I would get another job if I could. The place is scandalous. I don't know where to begin but I am so unhappy here. The hardest part of the job is knowing that you have no say in what happens. The best part is the clients who deserve the help and I love working with them. I am so disgusted at the upper management who could not care less about us workers who are being paid so little to do such a difficult job. My two friends said something to someone about an unfair practice and they were both terminated within a few days of each other. I am sad to think that the state hasn't shut them down yet. I pray to God for justice. I wish I could say something but my job will be next to go. I have many children and dependents so I can't leave the job cause I have no one to help me. They even have people stealing money and then they get fired and then later on they come back and are rehired to steal again. The staff meetings are probably the only thing steady you can count on and even then the topics for the meetings revolve around passing state inspections and licensing requirements. No concerns for the consumers. No breaks, no entitlements, no opinions allowed. It's just a job. You can't get anywhere with this place. Like I said, I am praying for justice. Please someone bring in the feds and shut down the corruption and allow these poor disabled people to go elsewhere. The FBI and state need to look closely here. STOP THEM. IF YOU HAVE A CONSCIENCE. REPORT THEM TO THE STATE HOTLINE FOR NJ. Please call if you care about people who are suffering. Thanks.

Pros

Coworkers and I love what I do. Waiting for the FBI, state and others come in and bust.

Cons

The CEO is a fake. The board doesn’t care that the company/reputation is going down hill. All the CEOs hires have been a disaster. The board just sits by.
