SERV has experienced staffing issues due to a national shortage of healthcare workers. Our hiring team is working hard to recruit qualified staff to alleviate the shortage, offering sign-on bonuses to attract staff and generous referral bonuses to SERV employees who refer candidates for open, full-time positions and complete six months of service with our organization. We strive to create a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment. We apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for your feedback and the care you provided our clients during your time with SERV.
