The "President" "Owner" "CEO”, or whatever he labels his role now, is pompous and incompetent. He runs every single decent employee off because he does not believe in other manager’s thoughts and ideas. He has no business sense but still only believes in his own ideas. The company's growth has halted over the last few years and the people hired to help it grow are ran off because he does not believe in their ideas...only his ideas. One side of the business bankrolls other ventures that the president comes up with, on a whim, and stalls any growth potential. Turnover is extremely high and it should be clear to the owner that he is the common denominator of all the turnover.
