Flexible hours and weekends off.

Cons

Leadership in place is so dysfunctional. President is greedy and is not a smart businessman. Inappropriate relationships between management cause a lot of problems and favoritism within the company. Terrible rates for work.

I cannot think of a single pro.

Cons

A pig of a President. I'm putting that lightly. Sexism. A clear lack of regard for employees and their interests. The use of company funds to foot the bill of the President's frequent vacations. No room to build a career. You're nothing more than a number.

They had a flexible work from home arrangement when I was there a few years ago.

Cons

Mostly cons. Working in the office was disorganized and unprofessional, I imagine working as a contractor is very different. Little to no guidelines are followed, I'm not sure what decisions were based on, they're mostly arbitrary. Expectations aren't always set. Incredibly frustrating environment, and I didn't trust management.
