I learned a lot and met some great people. Hybrid work schedule is nice.

Cons

The turnover rate is insanely high. SHRM also fires people weekly, conducts layoffs and re-structuring annually, and doesn't believe in work life balance. They have an inflexible, absurd attendance policy that will make you feel like you are in high school.

Good money, very nice people, worthy cause.

Cons

Terrible information systems. Arbitrary firing. Management is Potemkin and desperate. I was hired for one position and immediately moved into a new one for which I was manifestly unprepared, and required a 700% year-on-year revenue growth. (The goal came from the CEO, who doesn't suffer dissent.)
