Pay was good, easy hire, good starting point for getting YOE, pay was high for entry level and no exp especially if just out of college

Cons

Work politics, too chill work environment, too many coworkers not hard working enough, only work here if you want to work for the DoD because it may not be the tech stack or projects you want to work on.

Learning, ability to take on new challenges, PMs are great to work with

Cons

CEO can be great (if you catch him on a good day), but he clearly doesn’t trust anyone to manage any part of his business. He is involved in every tiny aspect of the day-to-day business, which seems reason for him to snap so often.
