Pros
The Benefits-BCBS PPO, Dental and Vision. 15 PTO days (but no sick days), ability to work from home, office layout and design (similar to the modern day IT giants such as Google and Salesforce's offices)
Cons
Unfortunately, the NJ does not share the same reviews as the MN headquarters. It is a very small office (about 70 employees, mostly Millennials) so the negative energy is detected easily. There is lack of leadership across the office and no collaboration between the very two client -facing groups(Implementation and Support. Rather than reaching customer success as one unit, both teams are solely focused on which issue should be own by its respective team. This battle consistently leads to finger pointing and colleagues could never see eye to eye. The customers have even noticed that there is never a smooth transition between a project and the technical support. In fact, numerous customers have complained that they are not getting the sense of "one team" when working with SPS. Moreover, there’s been a high volume in complaints that have been reported to Human Resources. Individuals seeked micromanage tasks within their projects and even operational tasks that are outside projects' scopes. In the most recent events, an Analyst has PUBLICLY HARASSED colleagues and the manager avoided acknowledging the problem. The manager is inevitably allowing the person to continue behave negatively towards all colleagues at the office.
