Thank you for your review. We want to thank you for acknowledging that there is an abundance of flexibility in being a Marriage and Family Therapist here at Nystrom. We give our clinicians as much autonomy and independence as possible with providing as much and best support. Most of our positions enable our clinicians to determine how many hours they want to work each week as well as the specific hours worked. We agree that the staff we have within our organization are great, so thank you for commenting on that. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the benefits package that is offered and also feel that the HR staff and senior staff are "unorganized and unprofessional."
