Great employee discount great office location and amenities

Cons

Awful, awful leadership, from direct manager to c-suite level, totally underqualified and almost non-existent people management skills. Not an inclusive environment in terms of professional relationships. Very rigid views of how to manage, in a weird way, kind of clique-y.

Leadership is a bunch of clowns - terrible lack of vision/communication. Stores are actually doing better in 2023 than this e-commerce spinoff company that was formed pretty much at a whim by senior leadership as a way to maximize any sort of profits during Covid and year after Covid. Don’t let them tell you otherwise. Get out while you still can - ship is sinking.
