Pros

-Fairly simple and easy job -Day goes by quickly -Good pay for the work -Overtime opportunities -Sam's Club Plus membership included while you work there, even for part-time employees

Cons

-Can be hard on your feet, wear good shoes -Lots of time spent outside running orders out to customers, can be rough during heat waves or very cold winter days -Situations outside of your control (understaffed, people not showing up, products not available for a customer's order) winds up being your problem instead of management's, can lead to stressful days. -Sometimes necessary equipment (scanners, safety vests, etc.) isn't available or is broken/uncharged which leads to you getting hounded for not working but also being unable to do your job because the equipment needed to do your job isn't available. Happened over half a dozen times during my time there. -Sometimes get roped into doing stuff outside of your job description like wrangling carts or helping other departments. Usually happens after multiple people quit at the same time.

Pros

Free plus membership that's it

Cons

Hard work is rewarded with more work, constantly short-staffed means you'll be running ragged in different departments in one shift and blamed for anything that doesn't go perfectly for any department you touched. Sexual harrassment is rampant & not dealt with. Management style is to be rude, gaslight, and find things to nitpick over. Alot of claims of "good pay", I don't see it, management does. It's just like Walmart but with heavier lifting, they act like they're better. Should unionize but too many employees either drink the kool-aid or get out as fast as they can.

Pros

Pay is good, free plus membership and you get to keep the rewards earned. With being connected to Walmart, the ability to transfer all over the US if needed helps. New CEO is out and about visiting stores and stays involved

Cons

It’s salary, you work min 10 hr days and they make you have the work apps and email on your personal phone even though they don’t pay for your phone Expect to take calls or zoom meeting on your days off and pto and even while on pto if your dept isn’t going so well then plan to work during it They don’t care about work life balance at this level and will work you to the core and if you don’t then they will get you out the door and move on to someone else. Despite having turnover numbers and talking about it, they’d still rather fire you, you are just a body doing a job at any level in the company
