Pros

Got to meet with many people. Interacting with the public. Learned how to run a business and how NOT to run a business.

Cons

Do more but with less! Management not realistic and not in touch with day to day activities. Low pay for work done Low hours. No vacation or extended time off during: November-April (holidays) June (inventory-varies per club) July (week of 4th) No tools to complete work. Little positive feedback Always felt like I was walking on eggshells Promoted only "favorites"

Not worth it

Pros

Fellow hourly associates were fun to work with and almost all were willing to help when needed.

Cons

Managers treat hourly a like they don't matter and talk to you like you are an idiot. They expect you to keep adding more and more work to your your positions requirements until you have so much work you can't get it done in one shift. The annual raises and benefits are not worth the stress and lack of respect. They barely pay above minimum wage and push pick favorites and treat everyone else like dirt.
