Cons
The changes being made to Samaritan's Purse make the work we do more difficult. In the end it works out because we make it work. Something people applying for positions should consider that wasn't always a focus of our organization is that Samaritan's Purse is unwilling to hire people who agree in any way with same sex marriage or anyone who believes life starts at any point past conception. People who are neutral to these positions are also not hirable. This is not a job that encourages diversity. If you think outside of the box, you won't be a good fit, and SP is very quick to cut off what they believe to be dead wood. As a Christian organization, all they need is one bible verse to back up any decision they make. it's important to them that everyone has the same perspective on everything. This is an ideal job for radical conservatives who are also devout Christians. They are very unlikely to knowingly hire a liberal
