- International team mates. - Thrive - Creativity - Exchange - Resources - Leadership - Good Work Flow - Incentives - Tolerance

Cons

There is a strong relationship with in each team, but teams dont seem to interact with each other that much. This could be do to distance, culture, differences, etc... Projects are so different as well.

Great company culture, doing a lot of efforts to make employee's life at work better and very open to get feedback from the staff and act on it. International presence and lot of opportunities to work on modern technologies with amazing teams ...

Pros

Very well located and equipped office, everyone here is very promising, great team. The management was restructured in early 2018 which had an impact on the teams but with time showed a real result on efficiency and teamwork and the management team now taking care of employee’s feedback. Scality is very generous about benefits and perks like sports incentive and training support. The company just raised its latest round and is looking promising with great project and product launch.

Cons

Some perks now have to be approved by management - like the possibility to visit another office for a week - but I heard the management team was always open to demands. I haven’t asked myself.
