Pros

People at Scality are amazing, creative and friendly. Executives are open minded, talented and respectful. As soon as you contribute to the success of the company, you can drive your job on your own way, you can be ambitious and ask for ressources with confidence. You always feel supported by the leadership team

Cons

Much to do, many projects, but good vibes, How could it be different when you choose to join such a fast growing company ? !

Pros

I have been working abroad for many years, and I was looking for a company, back home in France, with an international vibe and great benefits. I must say Scality provides these advantages and way more. It is hard work but always fun!

Cons

A lot of work is expected from all contributors in the company, but this is advertised from the start of the recruiting process, no surprise!

Pros

Dynamic team of people with clear and strong leadership, with innovative ideas on how to motivate, build the group, improve processes. So many smart peoples pushing the product at technical and sales level ... Exciting! (right product in the right moment...)

Cons

English fluency is a must have. Far from my home ;) I'll probably need to address that at some point in time
