Pros

Nothing specific comes to mind other than amazing front line employees

Cons

-expensive health care for individual. Ridiculous cost for anyone with a family. Upwards of $1k on executive level -no 401(k) match -travel program but pretty limited and lots of kinks -no development programs or training opportunities -pay is eh but nothing special

Pros

I loved the people I worked with.

Cons

There is zero communication to managers or employees about the constant growth of the company. Everyone is kept in the dark until the last minute. This is extremely frustrating. If you won't give up your whole life to the company you are unworthy. Management withholds information and gets upset when employees don't "step up" which is difficult when you aren't privy to the information necessary to do so. There is no 401k match and PTO is gifted and not paid out when employees leave. It was made clear that my six years of service meant nothing when I gave 1 week notice instead of 2.  As soon as I submitted my letter of resignation I felt the icy chill of a blatant cold shoulder. In my 6 years I witnessed management tantrums, rude behaviors, micro-managing, and the blatant black listing of people who were outspoken about mis-treatment.

Pros

There are a lot of smart, kind people who make it bearable to show up for work.

Cons

Very one sided relationship towards employees. Benefits are bare minimum - not a lot of PTO, unpaid FMLA, expensive healthcare of low quality, unmatched 401k A lot of favoritism, micromanagement, unreasonable expectations of work hours (50+hrs is great) but then scrutinize anytime a life happens and a staff member has to take time off for family/medical appointment(s), no appreciation of staff. Management is controlling, often condescending and sometimes downright rude or mean to their reports. There is no communication to key stakeholders of any projects but management holds them 100% accountable for not completing tasks (they did not know about).
