Pros

* You get to use modern technologies instead of maintaining old legacy programs. * Colleagues have excellent communication skills and it is common to be in discussion or talking to other people about your project * Meals and snacks are provided. * Flexible daily work hours * On site EV charging is a huge plus

Cons

* Fully in office requirement. But this is understandable due to working hands-on with hardware

Pros

Science is building biohybrid brain-computer interfaces and technology to help blind people see again, which is about as cool as it gets. The team is stacked with ridiculously smart people and things move fast–no bureaucratic nonsense, just real work on genuinely hard engineering and biology problems.

Cons

A little chaotic sometimes, but that's the tradeoff for not being stuck in slow-moving corporate limbo.

- interesting projects, cutting edge frontier technology - people are nice, very collaborative - high company potential, mission driven work

Cons

- some teams and projects interface directly with the CEO, which can be a highly stressful situation - fast-paced, start-up environment
