Don't expect to get ahead if you're a woman

Pros

Food, flexible schedules, great health insurance.

Cons

I watched them remove women managers that helped make the company and overlook others, though it depends on your manager and who you work for. I worked there for years and had to fight for a review, only to see those hired after me get promoted not long after hire.

Pros

1.) Flexible work schedule 2.) Free soda and snacks plus frequent catering 3.) Nice office space

Cons

1.) Poor communication: top-down and cross-departmental communication is quite lacking. Work and decisions are very much completed in silos which negatively impacts the organization as a whole and leads to confusion among the employees. It is not uncommon for employees to find out they have new positions and new managers by reading a company-wide email. 2.) Weak leadership: could very much benefit from management training and a more selective recruiting process (lots of executive and mid-level management turnover within the past few years) 3.) Gender inequality/little diversity: no women on the leadership team and furthermore the ratio of females to males in any type of management role is embarrassing (less than a handful of women managers in a 300+ international employee base with the majority of those being within the HR department) 4.) Growing pains: frequent (and poorly communicated) re-orgs lead to a weak structure and instability of job roles and teams 5.) Corporate culture: There used to be monthly corporate events that built camaraderie and team cohesion but those have long been phased out. Corporate culture has quickly turned negative and toxic. 6.) HR is not a practical solution to employee issues - do not share anything with the HR department that you would not want shared with the rest of the company. Matters spoken in confidence are known to be shared along with their source (on more than one occasion).

Pros

Lots of marketing that sounds good but ultimately very hollow. Nice people but not very welcoming to newbies or remote workers.

Cons

Product is terrible. Customers not buying the marketing hype of AIOps (there's no AI to be found in this company). Management is clueless and have been smelling their own f@rts for so long they think it's perfume. Sales is a revolving door of morons who can't sell their way out of a wet paper bag. Account executives supposedly have decades of experience and fat rolodexes but can't seem to get meetings and deals are frequently lost because the product doesn't work and is too complicated. They hired a bunch of people a year ago in anticipation of a new product launch then realized the product wasn't ready then laid everybody off. The company can't spell the word "strategy".
