There are two very different sides to this company.

Pros

Great benefits, stock options and bonuses quarterly. Lots of awesome HR "stuff" going on to push morale and team building. Casual attire and atmosphere... Great co-workers and overall "mood"

Cons

Service Delivery is plagued with immature middle managers that are part of upper managements "clique" There are obvious favortisms, and your business, even HR related, is gossiped about casually without concern for privacy. Very little, if any, training that actually applies to your job. Management will throw anyone under the bus, at anytime based on who is complaining. Customers are given unrealistic delivery dates, and lied to about the capabilities of the product. Management only shows interest around bonus time and rarely are you given the opportunity to meet the expectations of the company, or the customer without some kind of major issue that could be solved easily by enforcing compliance on the customer. Well, that, or release a stable product, with accurate documentation.

Stop chasing the market

Pros

- Good people in a lot of important positions. - Flexibility and customization of the product allow really fantastic integrations. - Unlimited vacation

Cons

-There is an internal move away from using the product the company itself builds as new management doesnt even want to use their own software. - The CEO only focuses on sales and pushing new products on new clients. The sales staff is massive, but the staff to support you once in the door is not scaled correctly. - Too many products are sold , with a new one coming shortly. This leaves existing customers and operations staff out in the cold dealing with legacy versions.

Pros

The company's core values are inspiring -- You Matter, Be Nerdy, Create Wow, Empower Success, and Be Bold. Most of the people who work here are dedicated, hard-working, passionate about the customers' success and helping each other.

Cons

The Executive Staff, Mid-Level Managers, and Human Resources do not practice the core values. Management clicks turn a blind eye to lousy management behavior, and there is zero acknowledgment of personal needs or issues. There is little diversity in the company consisting of 80% Men, 17% Women, and 3% Minority representation. The minority few are rarely considered for promotions, leaving critical positions vacant for extended periods.
