Pros

Working with the children is the best part, seeing them progress and feel better.

Cons

Micromanaged, certain staff is favoritized over others, too much work for too little pay, management doesn’t make you feel appreciated, great benefits, calling in more than 3 times in a years period results in staff being written up

Management is poor HR doesn't really do anything.

Strong mission. Easy to see the impact you make. Employees are happy to be there.

Cons

Little room for growth or substantial raises in most departments. Not all departments get a hybrid/remote schedule.
