Pros

The fitness center and free classes were awesome.

Cons

Terrible benefits: 401K matching very low, insurance premiums very high, PTO average, dental coverage less than average. No bonuses are ever given. EVER. A meager raise (maybe) annually. Strange relationships fraught with tension within the family (husband, wife, two daughters and a son in law - the people running this place). This trickles down into the overall atmosphere of the company. Account management's job is to clean up the mess of the over promised, under delivered mess that leaves customers angry, disappointed, and frustrated. Management blames Account Management for unhappy customers rather than admitting there is an issue with the overpriced antiquated system they sell.

Pros

The pay was good that is all

Cons

I was given the wrong job description I interviewed and they question ALL technical questions. They said i would be handling Exchange, doing the Exchange migration from Exchange 03 to 12, handling DCs ,GPO, SCCM; basically all the things a MCSE would do. On top of all this i would get a bumper pay raise from my current job. I started my job and.....ca plunk, i was shoved in the datacenter, i was told that i would be the 'rack and stack' boy. I have a medical issues, which was disclosed, i cant lift heavy goods on my own. I hurt my back multiple times! Management got at me for not properly following data center policies....apparently i didn't use velcro. When i confronted management....i was let go. Vacation time is crap. you have to take blocks of 4 hours Dont' let them fool you with 401K....its a profit shared thing. The last time they contributed was 2012 Health benefits are CRAP
