Pros

I've been working as an employee at ScriptiLabs for about a month now, which isn't much time to form a strong opinion one way or another, but overall Im happy with my experience here. -The management is always available to help -Your work is recognized and appreciated by management/supervisors -it's a tight knit enviorment -the employees really care about their work/output Things mentioned in other reviews: -I have seen nothing that alludes to any kind of sexual harassment -management is open to feedback and constructive critism from employees -there are family members who work here, but at no point have i seen favoritism for these family members

Cons

-pay is low, but i've been told there are possibilities for pay increases -only 8 days of pto a year

Pros

I've been at ScriptiLabs for some time now and came in feeling like I was part of the team way before I even started. It was nothing short of an awesome first few days. The team helped me on board very quickly and made sure to be there if I had any questions. The team here is very knowledgeable and very approachable whenever something is needed. Collaboration and communication are a big part here and it is great knowing that everyone who needs to know is aware of where you are on what you are doing (not in a micromanaging type of way either.) Office culture is growing and it makes coming to work great!

Cons

I haven't had anything come up here that I would see as a Con. One thing I will say is that ScriptiLabs is not a place you want to up play your skills as you will be pushed to your skill set that you portray. In no way is this bad but it is something to be aware of.

It is a fast paced environment and sometimes a little hectic especially now that we have the strongest sales team since the start of Scriptilabs. Ownership and management are huge on communication and thank you for recognizing that! Some portray the communication and being held accountable as micromanagement. This is simply an employee’s easy way out by not taking ownership of how they can improve at their position. Offering benefits at the start of 2015 was very exciting for Scriptilabs. We look forward to continued growth & continued improvement as a company and team in 2016.

A True Team Environment

Pros

I have been at ScriptiLabs for about 4 months now and it has been nothing short of a challenging and rewarding experience. This was a complete career change for me after working for many years in logistics. I was very up front with management from the point of our first meeting that I needed real world experience after earning my degree in Web Design & Development. They gave me the opportunity and I have been making the most of it ever since. The most impressive thing about working at ScriptiLabs is the quality of the team members here. We have gone through some hiring lessons, but I believe our team now is stronger than it has ever been. Everyone comes in and gives their very best each and every day. This makes for an inspiring and very positive work environment.

Cons

This really isn't a negative thing for me, but do not expect to come in and disappear into your work. Everyone here has very important roles and we often collaborate on many different projects.

The team is definitely improving overall and we are glad it is noticeable. We do our best to keep it a positive work environment. Sometimes some of the projects can be a challenge and a little taxing on the team but with the positive attitude the team works through it and comes out on top. We were excited to offer health insurance to the employees as of January 1, 2015. This was a big milestone for Scriptilabs.
