Pros

over the last year nothing.

Cons

leadership is gunning to let people go and already have them in their minds of who they plan on letting go. AEP was a HUGE BUST terrible business models. mis marketing strategies cost the jobs of a LOT of hardworking and dedicated employees. Their "IDEA" of righting their wrongs this last aep is to let A LOT OF PEOPLE WALK and had some big LAY OFFS. turn over right is incredibly high. NO FLEXIBILITY for hours. do not be suckered into this company. especially not for "SQA" "SDA" those are by far 2 of the WORST JOBS YOU WILL EVER WORK.

Pros

Nothing at all good about working for this company. Bait you in about commission. Let you get commission for 1 month and after that it's over. I am surprised at some of the reviews that are saying it's great to work there. False information.

Cons

They are not truthful at all. Selling dreams and lies . It's a set up. Don't fall for it.

Pros

Working remotely, Fun people Good training, great hours

Cons

I had emergency surgery on Christmas Day. Head injury. Cellphone lost. Obviously the next day I’m not at work no way to contact them. As it was a subdural hematoma and they drained blood out of my skull, I was in and out for 6 days. Memory was sketchy. No one could find my iPhone I didn’t remember my passwords to access iCloud. I had my insurance card in my wallet BCBS KC 2 weeks when I thought processes were more clear I’m told my insurance was canceled 12/27/2020. But I’m sure they fired me for no communication that’s a given. BUT technically I had Insurace at least until12/31/2020. I called BCBS KC they said they’d look into it. They said Select Quote was in error but I had to call a specific phone# and gave that person turn on the insurance benefits and gave me the phone# and who SelectQuote was to call. I always had to leave a message. No one would answer the phone it would go to voicemail. Well it’s 2022, I never received any discharge info, COBRA offer NOTHING AND AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOT HESRD ANYTHING. BCBS says SelectQuote has to call them to fix it they can’t call them.
