Pros

Benefits are good, office is nice

Cons

Architects are expected to provide architectural and design solutions, but a lack of expertise results in time being spent assigning blame to developers instead of delivering system solutions for challenges

Pros

GREAT co-workers! Remote & semi remote jobs available.

Cons

Toxic inexperienced management with too much turnover. No one really knows what direction the company is actually going. Very limited authority allowed in underwriting. Micro management. Many inexperienced employees. DEI is top priority and drives all hiring decisions.

Pros

Co workers are great and dedicated

Cons

Micro-management is name of the game. Technology to do the job is behind the times. Management will not listen to employees about how to make job easier
