Pros

- Full ownership of your projects from Day 1 - Great team vibe and friendly colleagues who are always willing to help you out - Crazy smart and vision-driven founders who you can tell really care about their employees - Flexible working hours - Great office perks with fresh fruit and healthy snack options!

Cons

- German lessons are not offered, which an increasingly international team could benefit hugely from.

Pros

+ A lot of responsibility from day one. + Good work-life balance for a startup - definitely flexible working hours. + A lot of room to grow, share your own ideas and make it happen. + Great, young, smart international team. + Very easy to talk to C-level team. They definitely seem to care about your personal growth and your psychological status :-) + Nice perks (central location, free gym, company trip etc) +Transparency

Cons

- Cross-team communication is lacking - currently improving :) - Missing structure in terms of processes, clear responsibilities etc, - currently improving :) Both cons are a result of growth and are currently being addressed the best possible way :)

Pros

Great and collaborative environment where new ideas are welcomed and there is a lot of opportunity for growth. The team is extremely driven and management has done a good job at ensuring that there is open communication/transparency, especially as the company has grown.

Cons

- no workshops to further develop skills would be helpful - not able to work remotely - vacation time does not increase after 1 year
