Culture of open communication around all topics, full visibility on what management is up to. - Management gives heaps of independence to the team-mates. No micromanagement. Employees pretty much design their own schedules and management only looks at output. - Super friendly culture, like a well synced sports team where everyone tries to perform by helping each other to succeed. - Annual company trip (Miami, Lisbon..). Cons
- Company is growing fast despite being bootstrapped. Plenty of growing pains as new employees get on-boarded almost every week. - 6h time difference between NYC and Berlin make communication challenging between the 2 offices.
