Many coworkers were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Horrible management. The employees were not paid attention to and the laid off policy is utilized as politicians' tool. The office politics heavily affects the motivation and productivity of this company. Work load is NOT well prioritized or evaluated, and employees may easily get blamed and yelled. Innovation was NOT encouraged but only conducting what was told. Move on if you want to extend creativity.

Good challenging work environment, with lot of opportunities. Benefits are reasonably good. Also a bit flexible and friendly work environment

Cons

No pay increments like most competitors, annual benefits are reasonable but no clear idea when to expect a promotion or pay hike.
