company has a good bonus structure, however, the company needs to meet EPS target, therefore, it's usually hit or miss.

Cons

long working hours, outdated IT and accounting finance systems, employees need to overwork to overcompensate the obsolete systems. Company was still using lotus for their email system.

Pros

Technical (AE's, tech marketing, etc) people at the "factory" are fantastic and very helpful. They have a sincere desire to see that you understand their product so that you can get it designed in. Always get you and thus your customer an answer to your technical questions.

Cons

Upper sales management folks are all about the numbers. If the street $ number is low one quarter - heads roll.
