Good compensation and benefits. New products can be cutting edge technology and very challenging.

Cons

Long hours are required, There is a lack of clear vision in developing new product lines. - product requirements change frequently or cancelled after large amounts of time and work have been invested, usually because of starting programs too late to meet market window requirements.
