Provides ample financial incentives to key employees in business units which are growing revenue. CEO makes excellent acquisitions, then supports them well, which is main driver of revenue growth.

Cons

Difficult to get new hires because company is always saving for the next acquisition. Can be difficult to maintain good work/life balance.
