a lot of challenging work and small office environment. Because of the challenging work you are "encouraged" to learn as fast as you can.

Cons

Little to no support from your peers. If you are a new junior engineer, they kind of consider you as a moron. It would be alright if they at least try to teach you about new things or guide you to a right direction, but there is absolutely no support at all.

A company that enables you to work in several functions

The company has a close knit personnel. You get to know everybody which enhances your teamwork and proactive support. Management is connected and communicates well with mid managements and rank and file on company plans and performance.

Cons

Difference in priorities in functional groups between business units impairs close coordination in corporate projects.
