Pros

In general they are a good company trying very hard to move up the ladder in sales and bringing in new technologies. They treat employees well and let employees know they have core values. Not reluctant to dump product areas that have stagnated and have limited future.

Cons

Do not keep their ethics on what they say they pay (competitive) to what they actually will pay. During layoffs professionals are given a few minutes to gather personal items before being walked out the door.

Pros

Excellent benefits, excellent salary, very goal oriented company. Lot of perks. Excellent facilities.

Cons

No work life balance. Frenetic pace. Enormous pressure to get things done. Lack of enough coaching especially when you are new to the company. They don't only expect you to be proactive, but they want you to go above and beyond to get your goals done (problem is they don't tell you that).

Pros

Some great products and customer acceptance, but many that are no longer competitive.

Cons

Poor management, poor employee motivation, mediocre benefits. Their stock has decreased in value by over 30% over the past two years due to lack of new product development and reaction to competition. Repeated rounds of layoffs and resulting increased workload on remaining workforce has deteriorated employee morale.
