Pros
Some good people to work with. Some good technology.
Cons
Never give salary increases; starting salary might be ok, but don't expect a raise (ever). They reward "yes" people, so management doesn't necessarily know what they are doing. They force vacation but do not lessen the work, so you end up working and using your time off. Been in meetings where sr management joked about plausible deniability; if you know something is wrong; sr management does not want to hear it. It's a very unhealthy work-life balance
