The company overloads you with work and keeps adding to your workload on a regular basis until you get burned out or get fired. Workload gets even worse when they do layoffs. It never ends. If you enjoy a cut-throat environment where you don't know if you'll have a job tomorrow, give this company a try....at your own risk. 1 year here will feel like 7 years. Trust me.
