Don't Work Here - Obtuse Work Culture

Promotes a good work life balance and has a good shutdown time around the holidays.

Cons

In the entire duration of my time working here only 2 people (literally only 2) spoke to me, and it was 98% over email, which sets you up for failure. No feedback for management so they can do whatever they want. Was hired for entry level but was expected to have years of institutional knowledge. Lack of enough coaching especially when you are new to the company.

Other than I.T. managent, people or good. Nothing special...just regular totally unachievable work goals...

Cons

No leadership qualities and absolutely incapable I.T. dept management who try their best to de rail and add frustration to each staff member of the team. This us very true and honest review.

Complete lack of review process for management; employees have valuable feedback to provide on how their managers can improve, let them provide it! Very infrequent promotions across all departments; raises are incremental at best Favoritism and politics abound Forced time off during the holidays; must burn your vacation days or take them unpaid Over-reliance on specific customers to make financial goals; when they underperform, the company suffers (and frequently goes through a round of layoffs) Very slow to update machines/software, especially for a tech company Mediocre benefits package
