Pros

Seeing a difference in a seniors life - that is the ONLY reward

Cons

Corporate is falling apart. They do not lead by example and are above the properties that allow them to actually get paid. Horrible bonus structure so don't anticipate a bonus if you are in sales. One of the lowest paying jobs that is very demanding. They also care as much if not more on raising money for the Alzheimer's Association so if you don't like trying to fundraise year round stay away.

We are sorry you feel the way you do and we would like to discuss your concerns with you so please call us at 918-592-4400 and ask for Mickie in HR or Jessica in Sales; we truly want to connect with you. This year, several communities have earned sales bonuses, in fact, we've paid out over $330,000.00 in bonuses thus far in 2018. And yes, we are on a solid path to raise $600,000 for ALZ with the intent to help find a cure...provide hope for those affected and also help support our Nation as a whole, for ALZ has both a financial crippling on our economy and health system, not to mention what this horrible disease does to individuals that have the disease, as well as their caregivers and families. Together, united, we believe we are making a positive difference. We hope we can talk with you soon.

Pros

Memory care building is laid back and low census. Occasional drama due to how small the building is.

Cons

Assisted living is very unorganized and chaotic. 12 hour shifts are nice.
