Pros

Good product vision and helpful colleagues

Cons

Micro Management Startup label but MNC culture with less execution and more passing the blame between one another. Management keeps forcing you to work overtime. Worst experience working with them. Insensitive, inhuman behavior at times. Everything depends on your skills for buttering the upper management and PMs. Too many managers and less people to actually work. The founders and US team are all focused on their culture and employees in the US while the India team is left to a single MD who keeps running it like his own personal circus. If you have no self-respect feel welcome to join Sense.

It was once a great company

Pros

Hands down the best company I have worked with but it is rapidly losing its culture, especially in India office due to new India leadership team. Many old employees have left and it is now just any other tech startup in India. There were many pros at a time and it was a great place to work but no longer now.

Cons

Sub standard perks for eemployees, new office has only basic amenities.
