Pros

Fully Remote with an expectation that you complete projects, but lots of agency on when and how to get it done. Deliverable focused, so the quality of your work matters most! Transparent management and a good working from home culture

Cons

Multi Region Teams means you can sometimes be stuck sitting on your hands. My role specifically has a very high reachibility standard and am often called in to help anywhere from 7:30am to 8:30pm

Leadership plays favorites regardless of performance. Comes across as discrimination and creates a completely depressing work environment. People are leaving to work for competitors because the company doesn't treat it's employees right or pay them well. You will never be treated like a human, rather just another body that they do not respect unless you say yes to everything. They will verbally threaten to fire you if you say otherwise. Also - the average quota attainment is close to 2% to 4% across all AEs. Plan to only earn base and if you're lucky, 30% of your OTE. Reach out to current reps that are there before you even consider taking an offer. Most reps and BDRs quit before year 1.

Pros

I've learned so much here, both about our products and just troubleshooting in general. Amazing training and the teams are super supportive. The clients are great as well! Most just need a little guidance, and it feels good to turn their day around. The company culture is awesome. Everyone's friendly, there's always something fun going on, and they do care about work/life balance.

Cons

Some days can be stressful, especially when dealing with complex concerns or things out of our hands.
