A Good Employer but Somewhat disjointed

Pros

Fully Remote with an expectation that you complete projects, but lots of agency on when and how to get it done. Deliverable focused, so the quality of your work matters most! Transparent management and a good working from home culture

Cons

Multi Region Teams means you can sometimes be stuck sitting on your hands. My role specifically has a very high reachibility standard and am often called in to help anywhere from 7:30am to 8:30pm

Not much. Good people. Remote company.

Cons

The company has missed its revenue goals for like 10 consecutive quarters. The CEO will join the all-hands and tell everyone not to worry, then disappear from the day-to-day operations.
