Pros

I've worked at several "high growth" "rocketship" companies and was left with the impression that to find a company thats doing incredibly well meant sacrificing on culture and business integrity. Sense has definitely proved me wrong! -Everyone is top in their field. Each team is led by people who have done this before, and still know what they don't know. -Customers rave about us. I've never been anywhere where organic, customer feedback is THIS positive. Our product solves a true need and the landscape is wide open. -The company is constantly trying new things, we fail fast and learn from our mistakes. -The founders go way back, have had several successful exits and are not distracted by shiny things. We have a strong focus and we execute on that. -Building for an underserved market (staffing) has been super fun. The technology is impactful and we see it in our customers' metrics every single day. -I feel empowered and trusted to execute on my teams' goals. I see myself here for many years. I can't say that I've felt that too often.. -Excellent comp. -I've referred multiple people... best endorsement you can give! -and many many more.

Cons

-It's a startup... things change a lot, and because it's such a greenfield market, there are many opportunities for new products, features, and markets. We constantly have to hold each other accountable for moving in the same direction in lockstep while maintaining speed. -Office is growing quickly so seeing proactive investment in culture and internal operations has been a good sign to avoid scaling issues. -Benefits are great but can always be improved upon in startup-land.

Pros

I think the best endorsement I can give is that I'm trying to recruit all my friends to work here as well. These days, when I judge a company, my rubric is: A.) Do I want to work with these people? B.) Is the business model sane? C.) How senior/experienced are the founders? A.) I really do enjoy spending time with my coworkers. Like any job, the day-to-day can be stressful, but these are people I enjoy "being in the trenches" with. B.) It's an enterprise SaaS company that IMHO has an insanely good model. Ask our customers, they love us. C.) The founders are good friends/all worked together at a previous company where they had a nice exit. Definitely know what they are doing.

Cons

Like any startup, we're making it up as we go. We've got growing pains. And we definitely don't have everything figured out. But I have confidence we'll get there with time. *Will update my review if I leave/things change
